Cost: Always free
Join us in nature Sunday mornings for the health and wellness practice of free form movement to music. We have a brief opening and closing circle to set intention and debrief. No requirement or judgment to participate if attending. Beautiful sets of music, river location, plenty of room to express. Community connections often happen afterwards.
